1. How can I book and reserve a parking space?
Specify the desired parking period and we will check whether a parking space is available for you. Please ensure that you only use the parking lot with a valid booking. Vehicles without a valid reservation must unfortunately be reported. IMPORTANT: Be sure to provide your correct license plate number when booking. This is used to identify your vehicle in the Parkhaus. The operator is entitled to remove the vehicle at the customer’s expense and risk if there is no valid booking with the correct license plate number.

2. Can I book the parking space for just one hour?
Yes, booking for just one hour is possible. However, please note that payment and billing is always for a full day.
3. Will I be assigned a specific parking space?
No, no fixed parking space is assigned. You can choose a free parking space directly on site. We guarantee that a parking space will be reserved for you. Make sure to park only in the designated parking lots. If your vehicle blocks two parking spaces, you will be charged the corresponding surcharge.
4. Will I receive a confirmation for my reservation?
Yes, after booking you will receive a confirmation email. You can use this to drive in and park straight away. Your license plate details will be recorded by our cameras when you enter and exit.
5. What do I do if I have not received a confirmation email?
Please also check your spam folder. If you cannot find the email there, just send us a short message to office@parkhaus-graz.at and we will help you.
6. Can I change, rebook or cancel my reservation?
Yes, you can change or cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the start of your booked parking period via our website. If you require an extension, we recommend doing this as early as possible as parking spaces can fill up quickly during peak periods and an extension may not be possible online.
7. What happens to my data?
Your personal data will only be used to process your reservation and parking process. For further information, please see our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
1. Your payment options
Parking fees can be paid conveniently and securely using various payment methods, including Sofortüberweisung, Maestro, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and other options.
2. Will I receive an invoice?
The booking confirmation will be sent to you by email immediately after the reservation. Please also check your spam folder. If you cannot find the confirmation, please send us a short email to office@parkhaus-graz.at and we will be happy to help you.
3. When will I receive a refund if I cancel or change my booking?
In the event of a cancellation or change, the refund will be made within 14 days to the original payment account. A refund to another account is unfortunately not possible. If the refund has not been received after 14 days, please contact us at office@parkhaus-graz.at.
